REturn policy

At Limestone Floral, we are in the business of perishable products, therefore, all sales, flower or otherwise, are final. We do not accept returns.

It is the responsibility of the customer to then care for the flowers once the item has been delivered or has been picked up from the studio. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.

It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.

Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. 

If no name is specified for the “card message”, we will put the name of the sender on the card.
Limestone Floral is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Limestone Floral will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

Limestone Floral reserves the right to substitute floral combinations based on the ever-changing and fluctuating floral market. All shop arrangements are Designer’s Choice in style, color, and flower types. 

Weddings & Events – Cancellation Policy
Wedding and event clients are required to complete a contract with more detail regarding our cancellation policies. 
If for any reason Client cancels this Agreement more than 80 days before the Event, Florist will keep the non-refundable Retainer, but Client will not be responsible for any remainder due. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by Client and sent via email, pursuant to the Notice provision. Confirmation of receipt of notification email by Florist must be obtained. If Client fails to supply Notice of cancellation as specified before the Event or cancels within 80 days of the Event, Client shall be required to pay the full balance due.
